Kitenzo ‑ Bundle Builder

Just started using bundle builder 1.5 weeks ago to build gift sets for the holidays. I have submitted 3 tickets and received no response. This is a critical - the MOST important part of our holiday planning and to get no response is really frustrating as we have spent a lot of time picking out which bundle app to use (tested 10!) to try and find the one that had the best design and capabilities. We are about to add 20 more bundles but it has been so buggy and with no support we will have to take over 40 hours of work and throw it away. It keeps losing our images and no one will help us. Very disappointing.

This app is exactly what I was looking for! It is one of the best out there. I researched tons of bundle apps before choosing this one. It has a clean look and integrates wonderfully with my theme. It's super easy to use for my customers and for me as well. Any adjustments I wanted to make, the support team was very helpful. I'm glad I downloaded this app. I've wanted to add a "Choose your own set" for my customers for a long time, but never found a way to do it...until I found Bundle Builder! I'm excited to see all the varieties of products I can offer - especially with the holidays coming up.

Customer service for this app is exceedingly slow, often taking days to resolve issues or even receive a reply. We installed the app on the store on the 5th Dec, but have yet to actually use it due to multiple issues regarding the Multiple SKU set up.

We asked for installation help on the 5th but did not have it installed until the 9th (despite multiple emails). We also faced issues with bundles appearing as out of stock reported on the 10th Dec. Despite explaining that it has been escalated to the senior team and that they will be in touch with us, we have heard nothing as of yet.

If you're able to get this app to work without the help of support, then it might work great for you, but at the moment we can't properly review an app we have been unable to use.

This app was easy to figure out and set up on my own but it was great to know they would walk me through it in a call if I wanted that. Their support response has been fast, helpful and friendly. Our bundles are now our best selling products. Thank you!

A great app that lets you add multiple items to a bundle, track their individual stock, and set a price that is not dependent on the individual components prices - I tried about 5 other apps, and this is the only one that offers this feature.

David A is also an excellent representative of Agile. Any time we have asked for a specific change, he has gone above and beyond what we expected and offered excellent advice.

Bundle Builder by Agile (BBA) is the third bundle builder I tried. I started with some of the top-rated Apps, but they didn't have the capability of BBA. Mainly I wanted the Bundles to be their own products so I could build custom collections using bundles. I also wanted the capability to build a fixed bundle or let the customer build their own bundle on the fly or a mix of both. Those capabilities separate the men from the boys in the category of bundle apps. BBA has all those capabilities.

However, my experience with BBA was not without problems. I had some issue with confusing verbiage showing up in the bundle. I was not happy with that so I contacted their support. Now, this is where this company really separates themselves from the pack. Their support is the best support I have ever received on any software product and I was still in the trial phase. They wrote some special code that corrected the issue. This is jaw-dropping support.

The BBA also has some programming capability, which is beyond my skill set, but the point is BBA can be customized. In summary, if you are looking for a powerful bundle app with great support start here, you won't be disappointed.

App is fantastic, still in middle of setup, hope support will be able to help us and this will be fantastic! Edit: Mobile errors, still waiting to see if support can solve it, will update if successful.

The team at Bundle Builder are extremely responsive and creative at problem solving, key issue was "How to create manual bundle builder customer orders in the back end".
Have to call out Natalie in particular, she was prepared to jump on a call, talk through some issues, most importantly she listened! She even created a step by step video for my team & I to clearly understand how to use the app to overcome our problem! We at Care Food Co are now happily embedding the app into our store to drive improved customer experience and sales

Nice guys for sure. They do have a good product for simple bundling. App is pretty clunky. Won't work on Safari, only chrome. No bulk product selection option. No way to choose an entire collection. Can't change the size of the fonts or color of the boxes. I was surprised at one comment from them telling me that customers don't wan't to see more product when bundling. Maybe that was a server concern?? Nice guys. Hopefully they can make some improvements!

Update answer to developer. When trying to configure the bundle in safari, i received the error app message that the update is not possible in safari. when i switched to chrome, it allowed configuration. since i deleted the app i can not duplicate it. hopefully in the future you guys can bulk add products or can add entire collections. with high turnover products, it makes managing the app too much. great start to a great idea!
