captured more unknown than actual emails. I tested out my own email and still listed it as unknown. not helpful and it is useless.
A+ customer service from Alex Mason and the rest of the CareCart team. Would absolutely recommend the app on that alone.
We needed a way to configure the email templates to be plain HTML instead of the default templates in the CareCart app, and since there wasn't an option to do so, we reached out to their support team to see if that was possible.
Alex Mason from customer support responded to us, and he and the team were beyond helpful. We could tell they worked hard to accommodate our requests and in the end, we had what we needed. Many thanks to Alex and the team!

This could be well one of the best abandoned cart recovery app ever written. On my previous store, this works on the second day of my installation during my trial period. Wonderful app and will recommend it to others for sure! :)

Of tremendous potentials an app, yet I have tangible result to say more .It is a marvelous concept nonetheless .
Please don't use this, We have proof this has exposed all different store's customer and other details. Don't use it, please.
Update Jan 10 - We have been contacted by CareCart on this and are providing further details to help them investigate this data breach.
Update Jan 31 - After tireless efforts from our team we collaborated with theirs in addressing a major outbreach within the application. For our help Care Cart had offered us a lifetime access which has been revoked without even an explanation. We are highly disappointed by this.
1- We are responding to this feedback in public a little late as we already had contacted the store owner's team via email and having their concerns addressed in less than 12 hours, once reported
2 - The specific reported issue happened while our development team was running a major update to improvise our app security, during which less than 5 stores sessions mixed up, rather than being destroyed. This was identified and resolved in less than 12 hours, along with updating the store owner's team about this
3 - Store owner is an active user of CareCart and running it without any issue since then
4 - This specific issue of Carecart Lifetime license/access is something for which we are contacting Store Owner to have this resolved shortly
