We use the service at www.ichicc.com! I highly recommend it. One reason is you receive an alert when someone is on your website.

I've used some other live chats, but they didn't work as well as this one. I am able to easily talk with customers over my phone and know exactly what channel they came in on.

I never had a chat app before and I think it’s helpful to give customers the chance to ask questions on the spot. I know it’s created sales for me where the customer would
previously probably not engage nor make a purchase.
