I never had a chat app before and I think it’s helpful to give customers the chance to ask questions on the spot. I know it’s created sales for me where the customer would
previously probably not engage nor make a purchase.

So far so good. I recently installed this app after looking at a lot of chat apps. Seems like a great service and the install was easy and fast.

I'm using Chatra for a while now and love it. Customers can ask me any question at anytime. I love their app. It's super easy to use and works great. Very happy with it and would definitely recommend!

Easy to install, very intuitive and lots of options. Like being able to see visitors typing before sending and also what they have in their cart. Overall, I recommend this app. Live chatting with customers is a must!

So far, so good!! We installed Chatra with ease, the support from them has been really on point and we are loving the way the application is working within our online store. So far, we are not seeing a huge increase in sales coming from this, however it is an important component in making sure we have the level of customer service that we want to provide to our guests.
