Very easy to install and to use. Been able to invite other employees, customize to a degree. Would recommend to anyone who needs a simple chat app.
Biggest request is to access from mobile.

This app has been really helpful in connecting with customers interested in finding a Parry Sound photographer, looking for headshots. So very helpful to communicate with clients. Very easy to set up/use, and implement. Thanks, Peter Istvan Photography

I used to use FB messenger but I realized not all of my customers have FB. Also, FB stopped notifying me when I would receive messages. Chatra always notifies me so I can respond to the customer quickly. Also there are a ton of other cool features that FB messenger doesn't offer! Thank you Chatra team!

Awesome is the best one word description for this app.

It had computer/apple/android chat functions so no matter what platform you are on you can chat with your customers. the email function is superb for when you are marked as away.

The integration is hands down one of the best and easiest apps to install and use along with quick communication from the developers.

A+ this app is among the best to have!!

We are using the paid plan on Chatra and we are quite happy how it works. The support is immediate and it is very straightforward. We are looking forward for all the new changes and for the option to add files and pictures on mobile and desktop.
