It is a wonderful and helpful app. You can see in real time where your visitors come from and the page they are in, also if the cart is empty or not.
I haven't been using the app for long - just a week but I really like it.

I have to go with the free plan, so some of the best features are not included, but guess the free features are good enough to interact with customers and help the store sales and communications with potential customers.

We've been using it for less than a month but so far so good! We like the fun colours and names that generate automatically. At the same time giving us the ability to rename visitors and add notes to the conversation. Our visitors do enjoy communicating with the emojis as well. We also find it useful that we can set dates and times on when to go online or be invisible as well as the app which allows us the convenience of always reaching customers. We do hope it stays smooth running!

ATTENTION! This app has far exceeded my expectations and I'm a very picky S.O.B.

But I'm probably like you. When I find a product or company that I like, I look to bring them business in hope that through their success, they continue in business for my future needs also.

Chatra is an amazing live chat app. Most alternatives are super expensive and don't have nearly all the cool functions that Chatra provides.

I love that they give you the user's browser and OS information, and you can even see them typing before they hit "Send".

The iPhone app is great too, especially if you're on the go but want to stay available to your customers.

Works perfectly out of the box, looks pretty on my site and the support is great!
