The app itself is fantastic, and the support team are incredible. We recently updated our Theme and it really messed with a lot of the apps that we had installed. Of the dozen or so apps that we use (and needed to reach out to), Zapiet have by far been the most friendly and efficient team. They've even helped us with aspects of our Theme upgrade that fall outside their actual app, which has been so helpful.

I love this app!!! it does exactly everything we need. After searching all over the app store we finally found it and the customer support is great!! Jessica was always there to help us, we were able to set up everything on the same day, she was always in a great attitude and really help us a lot!

Support is helpful and speedy with great customer service. This is a great app if you need pre-ordering function.

Just a note that has nothing to do with the service and app: I do wish the price was a bit lower as I am a small business.
