I entered a chat with Ken for an issue I need to resolve. He was very helpful and patient with me. He walked me through each step and gave me videos and pictures as a reference for me to follow. I have had the pleasure of working with Leina Zhang. I had a couple of issues with a product and Leina helped me sort both issues and now it has been resolved. Leina is always very polite and prompt when I ask him for help with anything. I highly recommend.
