I am new to the dropshipping process, and when I searched for a reliable supplier, I found CJ, and I linked my store to CJ, and when I asked to have an agent with me, Miya Huang met my requests and helped me with all matters and inquiries - Thank you, Miya.
Like every starting business, there is always some hic-cups that comes along the way while learning the system and processes. I was lucky to find Rebecca who helped me with my questions and identify and guide me to solve my problem with an order that was sourcing but it went to CJdropshipping instead of the correct vendor that had the product. So far I have a pretty good experience with the service every time I need something.
