I always contact CJ to doy my fulfillments and get the agents to confirm availability. Today Donna took my request and She was fast and friendly. I usually get Amy to take my requests which gives me great service as well. Customer service has been great to me, I appreciate you all. You all do such a great job!!!

Not bad! The rep was very helpful and friendly! The website itself was not very user friendly and could use work being a little easier to navigate.
This app has been very helpful to me as it provides a wide range of products and features. It is not perfect and things do go wrong from time to time but it almost always gets resolved and one of the main reasons for that is the continued help and support of my agent Whalen.
