100% a much better service that Ali Express. Customer service is always there and ready to Live Chat with you. Had to contact them about a new variant for a product I wanted to sell and Sveta from customer service found the variant for me, and had the team working to list it right away!

Like every starting business, there is always some hic-cups that comes along the way while learning the system and processes. I was lucky to find Rebecca who helped me with my questions and identify and guide me to solve my problem with an order that was sourcing but it went to CJdropshipping instead of the correct vendor that had the product. So far I have a pretty good experience with the service every time I need something.
