I was really satisfied with the customer service. Customer service Agent Cheria was great in helping me with my problems and they were fixed very fast. She is always very quick to respond to my messages and helps me with a lot of my questions. Very professional work style; communication with her is very clear.
Cheria helped me to get all my answers about the specific product and disappeared my confusion faster than expected.
The customer service is amazing! I had an inquiry regarding some SKUs and my rep, Sita Cui, was able to assist me in a quick and efficient manner.
