It's so useless trash, I hate this customer service, it's 0 impact, don't waste your time for it, every product you must adding one by one, I GOT 1000+ products in my shop, how they think it's gonna happen i add all of these products one by one? I'm pretty sad because I can't give them 0 stars, 1 star is minimal. But if i can i give them -1000 stars. UPD. They call me in the morning ask me to give them one more chance, I SPEND MY WHOLE WORKING DAY TO START TO WORK WITH THEM. But nothing. IT's 100% broken web site, nothing is working there, costumer service is stupid as a fk monkeys, If they are can't make them web site working, HOW can i let them take care of my products and shipping? It's a fk joke

Hello everybody. I found app on Internet before. App is amazing and all CJ agent is great.They are very warm and frendly people. They have online chat and this is very helpful. I must praise Amy Lian, Celia Yang,Francis, Robert, Howard and Meera. I recomended this agent ;) . I think CJ will be better than Ali baba group ( AliExpress, AliBaba, 1688, etc) for few years. You will lose a lot if you didnt coperate with them. I strongy recomended it and if you chose them shipping them information will be hidden which is great. I strongly recomended this app and all them agent. I was personal test them order and orders arrived before limit for sending time. I was more then happy when I saw they made and add app on Shopifly. THANK YOU CJ

ALERT! cjdropshipping tracks all sales orders and totals from your shopify store. If you're in the EU this is problematic. I was shocked to see my current sales totals from my store listed in the cjdropshipping account area. I can see if they just tracked the orders they processed this would be normal and nice to see. There is also no option to delete or remove your account, which is also problematic being in the EU.

Learning to use CJ to scale my dropshipping business. Seems like a mature and powerful platform with many problems sorted out (packaging, etc). Support team is great too, Sveta has answered all my questions promptly and patiently. Would recommend.

With CJ's help, I have scaled my first Shopify store from zero to making consistent profits. I could see early this year that my store would soon run on autopilot. The app makes it difficult to do good business because the freight is very expensive. Overall it is well organized, but expensive compared to others, perhaps worth more to those who work with dollar or euro.
