I think the app is amazing. I have had great experience with the customer service department. I do wish talking on the phone was easier with them, the phone support is limited.

Nov 29: I had questions about the setup, and Eric was a rock star! We had a phone conversation and he solved all my setup issues. Super customer service. Thank you Eric!

Nov 22: Shawn was incredibly helpful today answering my million questions and he made recommendations that will save me hassle, time and money. Amazing customer service. Thank you so much Shawn! Then I spoke with Cody who also patiently answered all my questions about the Custom Pricing app. Great customer service all around!

This app is very easy to setup and very useful. You can decide to let the app automatically tag the customers based on certain criteria, or to do it manually if you want to have total control on it, so no compromise at all.
You can choose everything, the customers' slabs, and which discount apply to each of them, to apply different discount levels to the same customer based on collections or specific products, everything you will need to customize, you will be able to do.
Definitively worth the price!

I have received superb support. Installation was done in time. And, their reps were always there to ask my qns. I did have alot of questions.

Going forward, I have fallen in love with their apps. Now, all that I request of them is to somehow allow each BOLD app to work inline with another BOLD app.

For instance, they have customer pricing (offer higher discount to your best customers). Then, they have tier prices (buy more, save more). These 2 are working hand in hand. GREAT!

But, I am trying to figure out how Bundled Product will go along with these app. At the moment, it seems to be somewhat limited.

Imagine the power if we could create bundles with an additional filter for customer groups. It will offer endless possibilities to create bundles for each group.

All in all, I hope all your apps are somehow interconnected and would work seamlessly together in a perfect synchronization. And, that will be even better for us and your business. :)

This app is exactly what we were looking for. Now b2b customers with certain tags see their corresponding price level when they log in. Rajni was extremely helpful in taking care of an issue we had. We are very pleased!
