Custom Pricing: Wholesale B2B

My store needed a complex pricing structure. I needed several different levels of pricing for specific customers, and I also needed the ability to assign each customer a certain level without them seeing prices. This app, combined with the Bold Memberships app, did everything I needed it to do. I could bulk import my product pricing, making it very quick and easy to apply the different pricing levels to my store, and with memberships, no customer can access the pricing without me first assigning a level to them.

Getting this all set up was extremely tricky and complicated. I want to thank Peter Gregg from Bold support, who not only answered all of my questions promptly, but was able to help me with both apps and get my store set up the way I needed it to be. I couldn't have done it without him. Excellent customer service and overall a great couple of apps!

Amazing app to create different pricing structures. For us was used for wholesaling and it did the job perfectly. The support was excellent with accurate information and very prompt response.

And they'll stick with you until any issues are resolved - no matter how complex they are! In fact if you are under the pump and forget to continue with a ticket you've opened with them, Bold will touch base to see how you've gone with it. So they really want you to succeed! I use this app to do high-quality quantity breaks on my website. Not only is it fantastic, but Abhi and Guri (customer support and app experts) walked me through everything every step of the way! It was quite a pleasant experience getting everything up and running and I can't say enough good things about Bold and their aps :)

These guys went above and beyond to help us and worked until after midnight to get the app installed for us. During the install process, they had a Skype call to help walk me through the process.

This app is the best one out there. We're using it to handle our wholesale accounts. It is the best one that integrates with the store easily.

Really great experience with this app so far. Just make sure you watch the introductory video before diving in. There are some tidbits in there even web savvy people couldn't know without seeing it. Works like a charm and the customization is through the roof.

This change is terrible. It is not functional and it takes me 3x more time to make the changes I need to my customers detailed pricing.

As with BOLD's other apps, Custom Pricing is a great app with an incredible support team behind it. My onboarding specialist Abhijit is the hero of the day. He's super patient in walking me through all the features and provided suggestions where needed. We're going to use the app to differentiate between customers from different industries and can already foresee that we will benefit tremendously.
