Custom Pricing: Wholesale B2B

As a small busines I need every advantage to grow my business. This programm allows me to sell directly to customers with ease and at the same time offer them a vareity of discount incentives exclusively by tagging them for their individual price viewings. Even more I can sell to other reatil vendors at wholesale rates without compromising the various pricing strategies by tagging them. I currently have the basic program but know that I will be upgrading to basic to fully take advantage of all the app has to offer. My hats off to Bold or teaming up with Shopify to make my online store ready to earn its way into profits. Thank you

Downloaded the Customer Pricing App and had Bold Apps do the installation and it was just what we were looking for. If you need an app that will give you the ability to manage different prices for different wholesalers then you will want to get this app. It is so much better than the Wholesaler app.

A few hiccups when uploading to my site, but the team was very quick and responsive to investigate and repair the issues. It was fairly simple to implement and look forward to using the app as another way my wholesale accounts can see current inventory and place an order. Thanks for the great app!

This app works! I'm happy with it and would definitely recommend it to anyone who wants to create customer loyalty through pricing tiers. I had no issues with installing the app and am grateful at how easy it is use! However, there are 2 things I would like to share if you are considering this app:

1) This app works by creating additional variants for your customer tiers. If you are on a basic plan (like myself) with limited SKUs, you will see this app taking up a lot “SKU space”. For eg. A product with originally 3 variants can balloon up to 12 variants with 3 customer tiers. For me, I exceeded my SKU limit and had to scale down the number of products I can offer with this app.

2) Unfortunately this app, at the moment, does not integrate with Shop Pad. Those browsing my store using Shop Pad can see view the prices for the different customer tiers. And those purchasing items using Shop Pad can't seem to activate their special tier discounts. As I understand, there is some integration work being done to fix this by next year. Until then, I can’t use Shop Pad with Customer Pricing. Sigh.

There are definitely areas for improvement, but so far this app is the best I have seen around and most relevant to my needs. :) Do give it a try!

This app is awesome. It opens up a whole range of creativity for online marketing.

Setting up different product groups and linking them to discounts is a piece of cake.
We're using it to allow paying members to access discounts on certain products.

The bold pricing feature is extremely finicking and difficult to use (not self explanatory or a good UI). However, it works after you figure out the intricate details. We've had so many issues with pricing discounts, but now that we finally figured it out after speaking with Chandan, it should be seamless going forward in the future.

She was extremely helpful providing screenshots and letting me know how to update the prices so I can be self sufficient in the future.

Works exactly like it says it does and really isn't too bad to install on your own. Thanks bold!
