Great app to use to communicate with your clients. Amazing support. Got me back up and running in no time.
Really awesome service. Our email volume has really grown in the past year or so and I have no idea how we'd keep up without Richpanel. Every time I've had an issue they've been really responsive and today they were even willing to jump on a zoom call with me to walk me through the process of setting up rules for an auto-responder. My whole issue (from me first contacting them to me now leaving this review) only took like 20 minutes to resolve. You honestly can't ask for much better service than that!

The Task Bots are very customizable and easy to set up as well. All around we absolutely love it! The technical support is also excellent with fast turn around time for help.
