The app is solid but the support team really makes it for me! It does what it needs to but the support always helps so quick and accurate when I need them
We use this app to manage our customer service support. The software is just what we needed to respond to customer inquiries quickly without having to having to jump back and forth between Shopify and the our email platform. All the customer data needed is right there. The functionality of the bot is a key distinction between Richpanel and other services. On top of that, Richpanel’s understanding of the customer service flow and best practices has been a huge help to us. The team at Richpanel have been so helpful a d gracious with their time and personalization. I’m very happy we made the switch and it’s perfect for our growing business.
best CRM I've used yet. I've used all the big ones and this one seems to be the cleanest and nicest looking. most intuitive UX and makes work efficient. seamless integrations. to me, it's like the Apple of CRMs. not anything wrong per say with others but there's a reason apple is as big as it is.

Richpanel is amazing. I am so grateful that I found them I was looking at SNOW teeth whitening to see what they use, because I figured they have done their due diligence, and found Richpanel. Trey in Sales was amazing. I ended up speaking with the amazing CEO Amit as well. Jerrick from their tech team has been unbelievably helpful in getting us set up each step of the way. Richpanel has finally allowed me to give customers the service experience I want, without having to do a massive amount of difficult website modification. We can meet people right where they're at, with specific answers to their specific questions. As we grow, it will only be more and more useful to have Richpanel by our side. We needed solutions for our support team and switched to Rich Panel, and I'm so glad we did. The app is very user-friendly, and the features are outstanding. The self-service portal works great - customers can resolve many issues through the portal, reducing the number of queries. The Rich Panel team is excellent to work with; they made the entire process easy and walked us through each step.

Really awesome service. Our email volume has really grown in the past year or so and I have no idea how we'd keep up without Richpanel. Every time I've had an issue they've been really responsive and today they were even willing to jump on a zoom call with me to walk me through the process of setting up rules for an auto-responder. My whole issue (from me first contacting them to me now leaving this review) only took like 20 minutes to resolve. You honestly can't ask for much better service than that!
