Lovely support, always ready to help!
Obviously, if you want to take designs, product bases etc. to a 'next level' experience, there is a learning curve. But many YouTube videos are available, and also a help-section in the app.
Recently, new 'onboarding-sessions' were added also.
And because the possibilities are so enormous within the app, and sometimes a bit overwhelming, I'm glad the team is there to assist and guide. Overall, very happy!

It is very confusing to set up and there are a lot of details to understand. I wish there was someone to better guide me in the setting up process. However, they do have fast customers service that has helped fix my issues once I did set up my account.
