Data Export IO: Reports

I purchased this app so I could easily reconcile my daily sales. The staff was great and helped customize reports, so I am able to concentrate on my other tasks and not spend unnecessary time trying to reconcile.

We had a very special requirement to build a data export of our orders to send to a drop shipper. I was very concerned about the cost of building this and if the content would be correct and the shippers format.

Well Data Export was Perfect. They took are old report from our old shopping cart and built it for us. And the app has so many ways to send the data. We needed FTP and its built in.

I usually don't leave reviews, but I feel this app is definitely worth the money. Customer service is very helpful and is always available regardless of the time of day. They always find a solution and follow up with my questions. Definitely recommend. I have used several reporting apps and this one is hands down the best from the pack.

Sree from Data Export was very helpful when creating bespoke reports for our customers. Our customer had specific requirements with what they wanted to be shown within their reporting and Sree was able to run a specific report for us which mirrored this.

We're new to SHOPIFY but have a long history in mail order using other programs. Data Export is helping us generate reports we need for things like ordering inventory. We have several hundred vendors, and about 3000 sku's, and sales history is important to us. David and crew have helped us with questions about pulling several "Product Types" into a single report. That was a bit trickier for us than just pulling by a SKU, or a single product type. But it will make our reports far more useful.

So far, fantastic. Customer support ON POINT! REPORTING JUST AS I NEEDED IT and have looked under rocks for a reporting app like this. I was skeptical due to high price tag (I went for the most expensive option) but it is so worth it. Highly recommend this app.

Needed a report fast and Sam turned my project exactly as requested in 20 minutes! Cleared up my questions and now my staff will be receiving weekly reports just like I wanted. Highly recommend Data Export for automating your reporting. UPDATE>>> Make it 6 stars... went right back to Sam for another report, this time to show all products missing the Vendor field. Once again done in 20 minutes. I can honestly say in 8 years of using Shopify I have never had this kind of success interacting with support for any App. or Shopify for that matter. Thanks Sam

We are moving our whole" in Store" and "Webshop" System to Shopify. Data Export Reports is a great Application and provides all the needed Reports and Custom Reports - if help is requested, they have a great support chat with immediately respond. Just Great!

Very quick to help when we experienced an error and fixed it for us. Would recommend for those looking for custom reports.
