Absolutely STELLAR app and customer service. The reports are everything we need and what Shopify doesn't allow like: Sales by Tags, Sales by Collection, etc. Customer service is super helpful and helped me with every reports I needed. Highly recommend it.
Really detailed reports that can pull data across sources easily. Saves time having regular reports scheduled and delivered so we don't waste time pulling information.
I needed a new data point from a third party app that wasn't available, and the support team figured it out, added it to the app and with little effort and time! I am seriously impressed by their quick and efficient service, and their willingness to find a fix, and not just say no.

This is the most incredible reporting tool that I have experienced. Not only because of the data and the connection to Shopify, but most importantly the support! We are in our free trial right now, and obviously going to pay and hold on to this app forever... But, the chat and support staff responses are IMMEDIATE! They walk you through every step, provide you screen shots, and even help people that aren't Tech Savy make this feel easy. WELL DONE DATA EXPORT!
