Incredible customer service! I was having trouble building a report to the specifications our client needed, but they were willing and able to help me build out a custom report and make numerous revisions until it was exactly what the client needed.

This app helps us save a lot of time, which as everyone knows, saves money. And the customer support is amazing. When I can't figure out how to create exactly the report I need, I simply contact them and they take care of it for me. Couldn't be easier or simpler.

I was having some issues formatting a report properly, and so after a few days of trial and error I reached out to tech support. I communicated quite a bit with Reuben, and he was incredibly knowledgable and patient with the issues I was having. We communicated back and forth until the issue was resolved. I couldn't say anything better about this app and the people behind it!
Excellent customer service. Chan spent a good hour helping me build out the report with correct filters I needed in order to reconcile out shopify sales with our ERP sales. And when a filter wasn't available in their current build, he very kindly offered to work with his development team to get the filter we needed.
Without a doubt the most absolutely amazing and mindblowing service. Live chat function is great, response is quick, and they help with customisation. No regrets.
The app is easy to use and for the past 2-3 years have used it for several different purposes. Great design and features. Recently--on two separate occasions--I've had a question or two so I chatted online. The two different "chatters" were very efficient, personable, and most important, skilled. I highly recommend this app.
A perfect app for reporting especially for new users. We needed three custom fields and they were added within a day. Thanks for a great product. Highly recommend.
