Data Export IO: Reports

Für unsere Buchhaltung benötigten wir einen Bericht/Tool, womit alle Zahlungseingänge der unterschiedlichen Zahlungsanbieter, Rücksendungen und Auszahlungen zusammengeführt werden. Nach einiger Recherche sind wir bei Data-Export gelandet und wir sind hochauf zufrieden. Das positive daran ist, dass man jegliche Art von Berichten erstellen kann, die man benötigt - weit über die Auswertungen von Shopify hinaus.

Darüber hinaus ist der Kundensupport unschlagbar. Für unsere Auswertungen habe ich ganz spezielle Berichte benötigt, die ich mir selbst nicht erstellen konnte. Nach kurzer Rücksprache mit dem Kundensupport hat sich ein Programmierer bei mir per Email gemeldet. Ihm habe ich mein Problem geschildert und nach einigem hin und her mit meinen Anforderung wurde uns der richtige Bericht erstellt. Dies hat uns einiges an Arbeit abgenommen und erleichtert unsere weiteren Auswerten ungemein.

This app is invaluable to our operation. I use it for multiple requirements, most importantly for our Google Shopping feed file.

The support is excellent. We have multiple technical software challenges and with the pandemic most companies now only support chat or email support with pretty long time to get a resolution. I have been so impressed with this app! Moving from Quickbooks POS, we needed some very specific retail reports as well as just some more general inventory reports that are impossible to do natively within Shopify. This app is awesome! The support (thank you Malik!!) is amazing and literally helps you create any report you need! Helped build a completely customized inventory/product report that we run once a month- and they did it for us! Made it so easy! The reports you can schedule to run which saves so much time! This app is great for pulling large amounts of info quickly. If you have an issue the live support responds very quickly. You can also pass the data directly to a third party via an ftp and set up weekly auto sends, which is very convenient.

We use this app to export daily and weekly sales data for our finance department. It gives us exactly what we need. The team at Data Export is really quick, super responsive and very helpful. Special thanks to Reuben!
