Herwig has provided great support and answered all our questions. The app itself doesn't have the greatest UI and some settings are quite hidden. It would be great if the actual shipping costs or DHL/Deutsche Post invoices could be shown in the app and we wouldn't have to go to the GK and wait for 10 days. Overall the app does what its supposed to do.

Simple to use app that automates labels and customs documents. Had a slight technical issue adding Warenpost International in the App, but the support was really helpful and fixed the issue and even checked in with me later to ask whether everything working ok. Perfect shipping solution for my small business.

DHL requires us to change password of our accounts quite frequently. The app then can't connect to the DHL portal using now new credentials, yet showing the credentials status: OK. Re-installing the app doesn't make credential check. So now I am stuck without being able to print out labels or do anything + outdated documentation on the DHL part. Shame.

We had an issue when switching the DPI in Shopify, but Herwig has finally fixed it. Everything is working as usual again. The app makes creating orders much faster with just one click.
