I'm writing this review to say thank you to your staff member, Lucia. I needed assistance importing products (in excess) from my store into DSERS in order that I could map the products to the supplier. Lucia knew exactly what was needed in order to resolve my issue. Lucia asked me a couple questions, asked me to extend 3-5 minutes to resolve. And, my additional products were mapped in record time. I am new to this platform, and with Lucia's help, this was by far the best chat session I have had in a long time. I am sure we will be chatting again in the not too distant future. Lucia, you're the best!
