I just finished chatting with Chris, who was able to resolve the issue I had for me super quickly. He was explaining every step to me in real time, providing detailed indications with images, a video of the process and eventually he fixed it for me. I am honestly very impressed by the customer service and especially by Chris. I was worried I would have to chat with a bot, but I got an angel instead

I would recommend this app to anyone starting a Shopify Store. Holly helped me today to finish processing an order that I could not do on my own.
