The app works great, really helps to fulfil the orders if you're doing dropshipping.
And in case you get any issues, the support is absolutely great. I got a small issue with the info update but it was resolved almost in no time by the support agent Sandy via Messanger. Definitely a recommendation from me!

Dsers has been completely bug since the September 12, 2023 update. My orders made before the update are no longer updated, and I have to find each order on Aliexpress one by one to update them. What's more, to place a purchase order, the Dsers service doesn't work at all. I've tried to contact support, but so far there's been no response... Everything was working so well before this damn update...

I was having the hardest time getting my order to process, I was pulling my hair out. I contacted DSERs and talked to Jully. Oh my! What a huge help this person was! They told me the problem, searched for a new supplier, found one and added the new supplier to my order. So grateful. Very patient as I am somewhat new to this and I couldnt have done it with Jully. Thank you so much. My order is now completed thanks to you!
