Jesse was very helpful and provided me with the insight that I needed regarding my questions. Usually, when I have a question or need help, random people will offer help in exchange for money. However, they were able to provide me with the answers I needed and they were very patient with me. They even sent me a video to further explain to me what to do. I had an issue recently, but that was fixed by a support member named Lucy very quickly.
I struggled a bit with mapping a supplier and Chrissy was absolutely fantastic, the speed of resolution was great and they also helped me with the chrome extension to receive discounts (that I had been missing out on). Great app & great customer service... 100stars :-)
