It's not user friendly for domestic Hong Kong shipping as there's no integration for S.F Pick up location. Also, I need to select insurance or not every time I create a shipment. It will be more user friendly if I can set a default and change if I need to. Also I create a custom box for my shipment as my order is always around the same size and weight, but I need to select the my custom box every time. So overall, it's a lot more hassle than other shipment platform such as Shipany or Oneship.

I would definiely recommend not to use. They charge you for basic features other softwares offer for free. They incentivize you with a 30$ credit if you connect your shopify store but you don't actually receive the credit. Support is literally non-existent. Sent 3 messages only got 1 reply 3 days later.

When the package lost, Easyship didn't get positive response and following up actions on the case, even I've sent several emails to support@easyship.com

Amazing update from Easyship, which now offers insurance coverage that is easy to use and provides good ease of mind. In addition, our account manager, Calvin has been the key driver to ensure we received the best support. Thank you Easyship, Keep up the good work!

We at DirectToolSource have experienced an overwhelming amount of Growth since installing the EasyShip App to our Shopify Store. In the Month of January we saw a 409.82% Growth over 2017 Sales and a 32% in Shipping related profits due to the Decrease in Shipping Costs. Also our Customer Satisfaction has improved as many are stating we have delivered before the anticipated delivery date.

If you're not using EasyShip, We would highly recommend you do so today. The 60-day numbers since the install are showing additional growth patterns and recouped Profits and we remain optimistic that these gains will continue or maintain over the long term as we continue to push for our yearly goals!
