We have been working on our website for a long time, finally with Webgility we are able to see the light at the end of the tunnel! They have been awesome help with connecting our shopify store to quickbooks desktop! Faizan Sheikh did an amazing job teaching us how to use the app! Excellent, user-friendly product. Great onboarding and customer service

The app itself is robust and flexible. We had certain conventions we were using operationally prior to switching, such as importing paid Shopify orders as Sales Receipts and using unpaid Invoices for our B2B customers, which Webgility was able to preserve. This makes continuity in reporting much easier! There are also many conveniences Webgility has embedded in their platform, such as recording processing fees, offering error reports, and flexibility in how items are mapped. However, we were especially impressed with the customer service.

Faizan was our onboarding rep, and he was very methodical and patient- he went through our concerns one by one, and made sure all items were investigated and resolved. We are a company with years of history and operational protocols, and it was a relief to work with an agent who knew the software and was able to make it work with us, rather than us having to change our operations to match the default settings. I would highly recommend Webgility if you are looking to automate syncing information from one system to another.

We have been using Webgility to connect our Shopify stores and Quickbooks for 8+ years and continue to be impressed with the customer support and constant improvements to the platform. This app has allowed us to easily keep our inventory for multiple stores accurate and up to date. Webgillity is a perfect app espically if your going to sync shopify with quickbooks. Pretit Agrawal has been very good help and has been there when i have any questions. Setup was very easy and they try there best to work on your schedule whick is very helpful espically when you are trying to get things done quick!! I would high suggest using webgillity!!!

Faizan Sheikh was great at getting us set up and helping us transition into the software. He was great at working with our sales rep Sagan to get everything straightened out. The scheduler for automation is helpful. Everything is sooo customizable so that it makes it easy to fit the way we do our books. The price is steep but the software is worth it. This is soooo much better than the default Quickbooks Desktop Connector that the Shopify-Quickbooks Migration Team failed to implement.

We use Webgility to sync our orders from 2 stores with QB and have been for just over a year. Everything from preview through implementation was seamless and on-boarding was quick and efficient. Since then, Himanshu with support has been phenomenal! He's very responsive, attentive and helpful. If there's anything he cannot directly assist me with, he gets me to the right team member and always follows up to be sure my questions have been answered or our needs have been met. If you're looking for a Qb Sync service, this is the one to choose!

We were looking for a reliable app to sync our inventory and sales orders with QuickBooks Online and Shopify. Faizan was great to work with during the set up of the integration and made the onboarding experience very positive. He explained the features and functionality of Webgility in great detail. We considered other integration solutions but Webgility had all of the features we were looking for. The app is very user friendly and intuitive. We are looking forward to using it with Shopify and QuickBooks online.

I would definitely recommend Webgility for syncing information between Shopify and Quickbooks. It was the only software I have found that was able to handle all of the quirks of our business and order process. Faizan was excellent in communicating and helping me onboard, answering all of my questions.
