Webgility is very easy to use. But when I do need help occasionally, tech support is always available and very helpful. You get to talk to a live person right away and they walk you through the entire process.

Webgility is a useful bridge between shopify and quickbooks and as a small company we've found the service useful. It may need certain per-requsites to function to its fullest - so do check on that. The company's biggest asset is their staff and the ability to reach and speak with them. I've had very helpful experiences and my recent call with Chandra Shekhar enormously helped me as we were taking some new steps within the company and with Shopify. I'm sure the app is great from other reviews, but I waited a 1 week for the set up call and with 15 minutes left rep claims to have internet issues and has to jump to another call right after mine. Ended up rescheduling a follow up 4 days later. Not the kind of service I would expect after paying for the year up front. I hope they're hiring more customer service.
