VERY EASY TO SET UP.
OMG what a nightmare this app caused. It caused all of my products to duplicate and customer were ordering things that were sold out. Had to redo everything for my catalog on facebook. Negative 0 stars if I could.
Well I wanted to connect 2 things. My facebook and my shopify accounts for ecommerce reasons. The process is, so far seemless. I still have to see what the end result looks like.
Easy to setup. The facebook channel offers a great opportunity to expand business and customer service.
The setup for facebook and instagram integration was very easy. I haven't started using it yet, but I look forward to learning how it works.
Took a minute to figure out how to set up. But overall good. Trying to to figure out how to link my store, the store that is linked does not show any of my current content.
Linking my Shopify store was much easier than i expected. Waiting to be approved on instagram to see how it translates but so far so good. For some reason i'm having trouble submitting this review and is by far the most difficult part.
The ability to update catalogues across omnichannels (i.e., Instagram, Facebook) is wonderful. Hopefully, there is any avenue to link products in Tiktok.
