didnt finish set up at terms and conditions couldnt do anything and wasnt able to set up i was disappointed Shopify wouldnt post my add until I gave 4 stars what a scam

trying it for first time look fantastic hope it will help to increase sales of my shop and do good with e-commerce. hope it is great
They ALWAYS have problems and support doesn't fix it for weeks if they even find a solution. I haven't been paid in weeks, returns aren't working and much much more. I do not recommend because I have had nothing but issues.

Love it, so much easier than before where you had to connect your pixel and it did nothing, now I don't have to worry about it. Very easy to use.

Still learning, I really appreciate it though. It's the easiest form of figuring out sales through Facebook I've ever been through and the fact that there's pretty much a guided learning process to go along with everything is truly fantastic.

Totally disabled my Facebook account when I tried to connnect. Absolutely no support from Facebook and so far no support from Shopify either. I have tried Shopify support and they basically wash their hands of it and say it's a FB issue. Now I can't access my FB business page because of this. I WOULD NOT download and use this app if you value continued access to your FB account.
Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. I can definitely understand how it would not be ideal to have your Facebook account disabled and the frustration this would cause. Please know when it comes to account eligibility, Facebook has complete control over this aspect so I'd like to ensure you have the proper resources to get this resolved.
