Shopify works amazing with thier app but they are Unavailable for our region while some people used VPN to access thier service

The Fb add is easy to configure and conect to your shopify account. The problem is with the facebook bussines account itself.
The set up is extremely difficult, I've even given up and redownloaded the next day to try again and still cant get it figured out.
