One the best platforms on Shopify - an essential technology. As it becomes harder and harder to understand where a customer is coming from, Fairing helps you find the answer. The analytics in the platform are super strong - and getting better every month. I love that I can lifetime value by acquisition source. Matt and the team are really excellent - always so helpful and super responsive. Get this, you won't regret it.
Migrated to Fairing from our previous post purchase survey partner about a year ago and has been such a great move. They've been great partners throughout the whole process and helping with some mapping challenges we were having with our Influencer activations and were able to find a solve. Would 100% recommend.

Beware of sudden price changes. They told us we must pay 347% more this year and 1,381% more in year 2. Although they charged us for another month of service 2 days ago, they have deactivated all access to the data today.
