Migrated to Fairing from our previous post purchase survey partner about a year ago and has been such a great move. They've been great partners throughout the whole process and helping with some mapping challenges we were having with our Influencer activations and were able to find a solve. Would 100% recommend.
Beware of sudden price changes. They told us we must pay 347% more this year and 1,381% more in year 2. Although they charged us for another month of service 2 days ago, they have deactivated all access to the data today.

Great overall experience with Fairing. Helps to provide another solid data point for attribution. The question stream is a little different than a fixed survey but it's more versatile and for returning customers you don't end up repeating the same questions. Good analytics and integrations.
Fairing is a fantastic app for our post-purchase surveys and has really helped our understanding of where our customers are coming from and the impacts of changes to our marketing and media strategies. It was very easy to set up and would highly recommend.
Have used Fairing at a few different places now for both attribution and some more niche use-cases and it works brilliantly for both. High response rates (which means strong data), super helpful support - and the ability to deep dig into responses with a follow-up question is a gold mine.

Couldn't recommend Fairing more. Installation and setup was a breeze. Their existing question bank saved the team lots of time having to figure out the best questions to ask, and how to ask them. They've made the data very easy to interpret at a glance, and very detailed with an export. The Fairing team is incredibly attentive to any issue or question we may have, and the team is very collaborative and welcoming to suggestions.

Fairing has been pivotal in adding additional layer to understanding our multichannel attribution as well as digging into customer insights: from what products they would like us to develop and sell to what specifically they liked about their product of choice.

We are not relying on email for this specific purpose anymore, but instead all the questions conveniently sit on the post purchase page.
