Fairing Post Purchase Surveys

I've been using Fairing for many years and it's honestly one of the best apps in my arsenal. I'm able to connect the responses into my Slack workspace and get real time feedback from my customers too. It's a wonderful tool and I highly recommend it!

The analytics in the platform are super strong - and getting better every month. I love that I can lifetime value by acquisition source. Matt and the team are really excellent - always so helpful and super responsive. Get this, you won't regret it.

Great overall experience with Fairing. Helps to provide another solid data point for attribution. The question stream is a little different than a fixed survey but it's more versatile and for returning customers you don't end up repeating the same questions. Good analytics and integrations.

Fairing is really simple to get set up and their team is great to work with. Don't take the ease of use to mean the product is not sophisticated, it is and getting the data into our Looker instance has been easy too - though for quick analysis, I go straight to the dashboard
