Honestly, the shopify reviews app was very limited. I went googling for a new reviews app for a while, and ended up with many names but two always came up on top. Stamped and Fera. After truly looking at the two and seeing what they each offer, fera truly was the better fit for my needs.

Finding a good product reviews app that synced with Smile.io has been on my list for awhile. I tested out a few of them and Fera easily stood out as the EASIEST product review app to implement. The backend is beautiful and intuitive and it take seconds to get widgets up and running. They also have novel features such as social proof (usually has to be a separate app) built in as well as shopper journeys -- very cool! They are also reasonably priced and i appreciate that they don't break their tiers up my number of orders since I'm a sub box and my orders are extremely variable depending on the month. I'm excited to set fully set up with Fera!
