Great for small businesses! I have an online shop with Shopify that sends automation emails to prompt clients to send in reviews while they also are sent an incentive for doing so.

I've tried several review apps. But, Fera is the Best Review app for shopify. All aspects are designed well for the minimalist. Also, the support is fast and great! Really wonderful experience.
