I've been using this app for a while now and I'm absolutely loving it. It has many helpful features such as sending a review email request to your customers and you have control over the time. Highly recommend it
Seamless integration with tons of options
Great apps to use for increasing AOV and other features. There are a lot of features that you can use.
Team is amazing and continue to try and improve the app. See some recommendations pop into the app recently which made me happy that they are listening to us, and not just telling us what to do.
Yes, there are some other review apps that might have more integrations (even though Fera.ai has enough of the main ones) but I am sure overtime as they grow they will even more.
Did try another big player in the industry before this and it was just limiting. Once you chose the layout of your reviews you are stuck with it, while with Fera.ai you can change it in the them editor.
