Good easy-to-edit form with all of the necessary information boxes I need.
I had a bit of difficulty in getting the form published on my contact page - but Emma was there to help... and we had it up in no time.
Emma provided great and fast support. We had a small issue we could not solve, and it was fixed within minutes. We are using several forms, and they are very easy to build and implement. Great work!
Emma helped me with a problem the app was having and resolve it.
The form builder has many usages. However, it is not user friendly if you have basic plan. I started with the Basic plan which let user to build only 1 form. That's okay if you're testing the app first. I followed the instruction to embed the form to a page and for some reason it didn't work. I had to ask customer support for help. Emma was great! Apparently there are fields like "Date" fields that are only available to "Pro" plan users but cannot be removed from the form if you have "basic" plan and it caused the embedding issue. I think that is a bug that needs to be resolved. Emma removed the date fields from her end and I was able to see the form on my page now.
