Excellent app - very easy to build a form with multiple fields. The form did not automatically show on my page as my theme wasn't compatible but I contacted support and Sarah was very helpful. She integrated it within 24 hours for me.

useful so far although its a bit annoying when using on mobile - doesnt seem very responsive - also it could do with more options like time slots for appointments etc

I'm using this app and, i don't get anymore spam emails as google re-captcha is integrated in app it's really helpful and customer service is brilliant.
This app was very easy to set up my first initial form. And looking at other form apps, this was was the most reasonably priced!
