Kristina at ClickShip is an absolute rockstar! She made my transition from another shipping app completely seamless and has saved my company a significant amount of money in the process. Being able to offer free shipping to customers while actually saving on those shipping costs is pure profit. I highly recommend ClickShip — and make sure to ask for Kristina!

Amazing app and staff! You have a problem? THEY ARE ON IT! But I'll tell you right now, there are not very many problems. We have issues with the couriers not picking up on time but that has nothing to do with Clickship. I send them and email with any issues and they take care of it immediately. I don't have to contact the couriers individually. Suzanne from Feightcom (same company) actually called me to introduce herself. Any problems, I can call her directly. Amazing service!! The shipping is so easy too. Everything is seamless with our Shopify store. The integrations is so good. As soon as I print the label, our Shopify store marks it as fulfilled. There are a few bugs with the cancellation of a label sometimes. A pop-up says it's not working and to contact tech but once I do, they take care of it right away. They save us an average of about $5 on each shipment. Some are $10 difference!!

I have been with clickship for some time now. Customer service has been on a rapid decline.

For the fees paid you would think when an item is needing to be intercepted that it would not take several phone calls, several hours of pleading for help and being transferred here there and everywhere only to be notified 36 hours too late that your package "was at a holding facility" when really a fraudulent customer had managed to pick it up.

If you are going to be this late in communications with your less than desirable efforts, there is no point keeping your inadequate services.

Brandon has been an absolute blessing to have as an account manager. No problem is too big or small, and he goes above and beyond assisting with the issues that arise. I've had him call me numerous times to communicate important issues and walk me through problems that I've encounter with couriers and general shipping pains. It's so nice knowing that I have a trustworthy and knowledgeable partner that's willing to go the extra mile for my business. I'm so glad that my friend recommended Clickship to me or else I'd still be stuck shipping with Shopify and getting their abysmal rates. Thanks Brandon, you're a champ!

I have had several problems with ClickShip from customer service to claims not being handled right to no pick ups of packages that have been scheduled. They are all about making sure they get the order. They aren’t there to make your life easier. I have had nothing but problems. From shipping errors to being over charged months later. Good luck if you need help with packages. They really have an excuse for everything. I really wish this platform took complaints and matters more seriously. It’s really sad that in today’s market that it’s all about the dollars produced. Not about keeping their customers happy. Carriers continue to not show up for package. And I actually stopped using click ship for 6 months however I have had a few packages that I needed to use the app for and again I thought well maybe this time is different but in fact it was the same scenario. Extremely disappointed

We have been using Clickship for years and have always found the customer service team to be super responsive if we have any issues with their system. We love that we can schedule our carriers through their system. They also handle issues with shipments that go missing. It's a pretty simple and seamless service to use.

the measure of a business relationship is not how great things are when everything runs smoothly, it is how each side operates when things go sideways

after 30+ years of shipping experience, clickship is unquestionably one of the worst “partners” i have ever done business with

if you choose to do business with them, do so with the above in mind

UPDATE : posting a lengthy “we understand” PR response shows more effort in public perception then responding to emails and resolving the issues

We understand that shipping issues can be frustrating, especially when things don’t go as planned. Our team strives to resolve any challenges quickly and transparently.

We completely understand your frustration regarding the high tariff fees and the extended time it’s taking to have these matters addressed. Unfortunately, carriers are currently experiencing significant backlogs with U.S. Customs, which has been impacting the clearance process for many shipments. Due to these delays, customs-related billing disputes with the carrier are presently taking between 9–12 months to be resolved. We recognize that this timeline is far from ideal and truly regret the inconvenience it’s causing.

While we don’t have the ability to accelerate the carrier’s internal customs or billing processes, your concerns have been relayed to them, and our team is actively working with the carrier to have your shipments returned as quickly as possible.

Brandon at Clickship has been incredibly helpful in both getting us setup and providing ongoing support. We are saving a ton of money compared to the previous app and setup we were using. Very easy to use, we recommend Clickship to all of our small shop friends!

During the Canada Post strike in 2024 our business was looking for alternative shipping options that were affordable. We were sent to Clickship via a friend and quickly found how easy it was to use, being integrated right into our Shopify store. Shipping rates were reasonable and a huge sigh of relief for our small business. When I emailed for support James Lang was our representative and helped me answer my MANY slightly panicked questions and has been exceedingly helpful with any questions I have had going forward!
