I was having a hard time with setting up my password protect page on Shopify - the default cookie banner doesn't work on that page! Never fear, Pandectes GDPR compliance app to the rescue!
I was able to install the app, customise it, display it very quickly!
Top tip - check the live version - the banner was not appearing in my shopify theme, but is there on the live version.
Natalie from their support team was super helpful - she was able to put my mind at ease and checked it for me. She also gave me the snipppet of code to place in the password.liquid file to get updates appearing there ({% render 'pandectes-rules' %} - pop it just under the tag. She even waited in the chat until I had the PDF uploaded - privacy policy page won't show when the site is password protected - and reminded me to change it when I go live :) Thanks, Natalie!

We have been using this app for a while now and are quite satisfied with the service that they deliver. Both Nikos and Christos have been very helpful. It's great that you are able to comply with regulations in all the different regions with only a few clicks.
Exceptional customer service, they setup everything for me making the banner compliant. Konstantinos was super fast and kind to answer all my requests. I kept having compliance issues with Google but he helped me out with that too.
Cookies acceptance rate is around 95%, insane!!!
I used another service before which was way too expensive and not closely efficient and effective as Pandectes.
