So after zero experience creating a website, I almost went with the most basic site out there until I discovered gem pages. I have now created a gorgeous website for my little business! Once I familiarised myself with the app it was pretty much go from there! And the few times I experienced issues, the team are right there (as late as midnight on one occasion) and literally resolved almost every issue I have. The one unresolved issue I had, I was able to get an alternative solution for.
It would be useful if there was an undo button when building your page, but being a serial saver I managed to overcome that issue.
I truly have no complaints!

I looked for a long time for something to replace Elementor that I used with Wordpress and Woocommerce. Then I found GemPages, looked similar BUT the online chat help is simply out of this world!
I upgraded to Build so now they can help me with even more tasks!

The best page builder app hands-down and I've tried a lot ! And amazing customer support. Love the ab test feature.
I've been using Gempages for a few months now and absolutely love the builder. thanks to this software I didn't have to contract any developers which would have cost me a ton of money. What's even better is their support team. Chris and Janie have been super helpful and managed to address all of my issues regardless of the day or how late it was. they're amazingly insightful and I can't thank them enough. great product
As a Shopify developer, I’ve used most page builder apps available and I have to say this app is the best and their customer support has always been top-notch. Much cleaner looking and more professional templates/elements in compare to Pagefly or Zipify. Totally recommend!
The only limit to the amount of customization with this app is your imagination! Been using GemPages for around 6 months and I feel as if I'm still just scratching the surface on what I can create.
