this app is perfect for start-ups who want to get their shop set up when theres no capacity for web-design pros (yet). they've got a great customer service, always replying and perfectly trimmed to help with every issue, even if there are workarounds needed. i would recommend because of amazing customer service.

They are friendly and allways ready to help. no need coding noo need expierence. it is just like walking on the street. if some problem then they help and solve the problem I only can say the best partner for making beutifull pages, Product pages, Collection etc.... They have help me on a number occasion going out of their way to make sure, I could accomplish my tasks. Even adding in CSS code for me.

Been using GemPages for almost a year now I believe. Fantastic and easy to use. Customer service is great too.

First of all, the app is super easy to use and more powerful than some other similar product that I have used. In this app, there is a high degree of freedom in designing web pages. And I find it very useful to a merchant like us who already has a systematic website design that when creating a new page, we have to keep it looking good whilst being consistent with the whole. Besides the APP itself, live chat support is super responsive and helpful. When we ran into customization that we can pull out, Ken and the team helped us with the code issue and achieved the effect that we need. So, really good work there. Also I have a suggestion that when different elements are stacked and nested on top of each other, often the smaller elements inside will be hard to select and edit (because they are obscured). This is only a small problem, and I have found a solution. But if there can be some optimization, the app will definitely become better. In all it's a really great tool to help our store, it deserves a 5 stars.
