Excellent menu app and outstanding customer support!

I've been very happy with Globo Mega Menu. I was able to build my store's navigation exactly the way I wanted it, and it was easy to customize even though I chose a simpler dropdown-style menu rather than a more elaborate mega menu.

The customer support has been outstanding. They have been extremely helpful, patient, and responsive whenever I've needed assistance, and they worked hard to resolve a recent issue I had with my menu. I really appreciate having both a flexible app and a support team that genuinely takes the time to help.

Overall, I'm very happy with Globo Mega Menu and would definitely recommend it to other Shopify merchants.

So far, the experience has been very positive; the free version offers various formats and configurations, and we are currently testing it to evaluate the possibility of purchasing a plan. A very good app that is easy to install and configure. The JSON import and export functionality is particularly useful.

However, the mobile optimisation needs improvement. There is no option to preview the menu on mobile, only desktop. Advanced CSS changes are also not reflected in the preview, so the only way to check CSS customisations is to publish them to a draft theme.

Amazing software, has transformed our site. When custom features were needed they were created in under 24 hours. And anytime we need support on changes or any amendments they are always made fast and correct.

I am a beginner at developing my website. I was involved in reorganising my website's menus by using Globo Mega menu. In doing so only computers access to website was possible displaying full range of menu options but not mobile or iphones. so there was accessibility issues with mobiles. The app is easy to install, menus are easy to build and the support was incredible. We needed help getting the custom fonts to display and Helen answered right away, facilitating a quick solution. We've had a great experience using the Globo Menu app on our Shopify store.
