We are using this app since the last 1.5 months and it's awesome to work with. Pretty straightforward UX and UI with everything right there to view and operate. Support is very helpful and the integration with Paypal and banks for payouts is very streamlined. Our collaborators are very happy in using the platform and the custom signup page with our branding makes it very trustworthy for affliates to signup. The fees are very transparent and the setup is very easy. I recommend this app versus other apps that nickel and dime you for every little thing.

Earlier on I was having trouble with goaffpro and the support, had some critical functionalities that weren't working for me. But in the last 6 months or so they have really turned it around, support times are so much faster and they're giving really good feedback on the issues that I have. I don't know if I got better at explaining my issues or if they hired an entirely better staff but keep up the good work. The mobil app has progressed so much since we initially started as well, so kudos to goaffpro dev team. Keep making it better!

By far the worst customer service I've encountered in the Shopify ecosystem. They consistently fail to answer any questions, forcing you to figure everything out on your own. Their support is not just unhelpful but downright dismissive, with a shallow, careless attitude that makes it clear they don't value their customers at all.

Are you real ?? I checked our email support system and we have exactly 2 questions from you. One on 12th Sep and another on 30th September.

To summarize, you are on a FREE plan, not paying for the app, get your queries answered promptly, and still leave a bad review. This is mind boggling.

This app has all the features I was looking for, and the team behind is super supportive and professional. Highly recommend trying it out if you need a comprehensive affiliate program support.

Great customer service- one of my discount codes wasn't connecting properly to my affiliate and the customer service team was quick to respond and tell me which settings I needed to change (which was a user error on my end in the first place). I'm still new to using the affiliate service, but very pleased so far!

So far we give it 2 stars because we need support to respond to our support request. We are having issues with the integrations page and so far, we keep getting the following response

"Hello,

Bumping this up for our technical team to check

They should check and update you soon"

We have been getting this same message for the last 2 days. Please respond so we can update our review of your app.

**UPDATE 10.04.24**
I actually got busy with some other things and forgot all about this issue with the app...they never did respond even after we sent another email and posted this review. It's been almost a month now.

Will have to dowgrade to 1 star and find another app because we got absolutely ZERO support. And we are not on the free plan, we started with the Premium plan from the beginning because of the functionality it was supposed to provide, but this is just not working for us.
