Just downloaded and set up this app, this has been the easiest app I have ever had to set up on my shopify. Once you choose the button upon download that says you dont know anything about the app, they literally walk you through step by step until each step is complete. There was one portion I had confused my self about and used their support , and was blown away at the instruction and walk through I got . It was so quick and got me through my issue in no time! I want to add that it was my lack of knowledge that led to my confusion not the app! 10/10 would recommend. Looks very professional and well done on my site. SO happy with it!
The app appeared to be functioning seamlessly until October 6th. For the past three months, we've utilized a third-party checkout system without any hitches. However, after making minor tweaks to the affiliate application on October 6th, affiliate orders ceased to be tracked.
The support team seems quick to point fingers at the checkout process, yet we're confident the payment gateway isn't the issue. We feel the team is reluctant to delve deeper into the problem.
Upon going through other feedback, I'm beginning to suspect that some positive reviews might be strategically placed to overshadow the negative ones.
Can you please look into this and explain why the app was operating without any issues with the same payment gateway prior to October 6th?

As said previously, you are using an unsupported and unapproved checkout app. Any past compatibilities are purely coincidental. We do not support gokwik checkout
Also, By using an unapproved third party checkout you are also violating section 1(8), 2.1 (3), 4(6). of shopify's merchant terms and conditions

Instead of pinning the blame on us, try moving back to a shopify approved checkout app and the app will start working flawlessly
Or ask the gokwik team to get their checkout app reviewed and approved by shopify. During the app review shopify review team will ensure that the app conforms to Shopify’s compatibility standards

It is the first affiliate application plugin of our website. While its functionalities are limited, it's one of the best choices for a newly established website in my opinion. It provides sufficient tracking capabilities and offers adequate information in its reports. The operation is quite straightforward, especially if you are familiar with affiliate logic,you can easily become proficient in using the program through self-exploration. What has touched me the most is that the support team is always quick to respond to any issues, no matter when they arise.
I have had an ongoing issue where a new affiliate's referral link is showing up in the banner at the top of each page on my boutique. This is a new affiliate and since she joined us this has been happening. I have repeatedly asked for assistance in getting this resolved and let them know that I entered my boutique via the back office / admin area of my boutique yet they continue to say that I clicked on her link when that was not the case. I wasnt even in goaffpro. The support you get when trying to resolve an issue is horrible. They dont even read your messages. They have just continued to say that I used her link when that was not the case. There is an error somehow with the app that they refuse to resolve. I have been asking for help with this for 2 MONTHS and it is still not resolved. Im about to remove the app and go to one where you can get the support you pay for! This has been a nightmare!

This is because you activated the shopping with toolbar in your program which shows the affiliate whose cookies are present in your browser.
Since you had clicked the affiliate's link, the referral cookie is present in your browser which shows the toolbar.
Our support had also informed you about the same thing.

The resolution as replied by the support rep was also simple. You can either Turn off the shopping with toolbar function (Look & Feel -> Toolbars tab ) OR clear the affiliate referral cookie in your browser which removes the shopping with toolbar.
You can clearly test this as the toolbar will only appear in the browser which has the referral cookie (so try with a mobile browser ?)

The app worked well with my first store. They even have a feature to allow a set commission/royalty for your affiliate/employees I had no clue about. thanks to the above and beyond great customer service was able to set everything up perfectly. Customer service is top game, always replies to questions.

[update] : for future readers the royalties is a feature on the premium plan and the merchant is looking for free / cheaper option
If you want to give 20% commission on every sale to a particular affiliate you can use royalties feature to set 20% commission for all products to an affiliate

Note we use dot in the Matches field as that matches every product

Of all the Shopify apps I have used in 2.5 years across all categories, I have to say this is in the top 3 of best price/value. It does EVERYTHING you need, support is quick, it is dirt cheap and has more functions than some of the 1000 euro/month influencer software don't have.
(Please don't raise the price haha)
We installed this about a month ago but because I have been so busy I hadn't the time to set it up. Now that I have, I am so glad I did! This app is intuitive and can be as easy as you want it to be but it is also really powerful in regard to customization. The GoAffPro team is extraordinary when it comes to response time to questions (and I had a few) and is ready to help immediately. The fact that you can set up a free account using this app is great but we opted for the advanced features. Our affiliate page is branded and looks like it lives on our website. The customizations are amazing. So versatile! If you are thinking of starting an affiliate program, GoAffPro is the way to go!
