The app is amazing. But, the service goes well beyond amazing. I had a lingering tracking issue that could not be resolved with their support team over email. We joined a video call together and they patiently helped me fix the issue. They were kind, thorough, and knowledgeable. 10 out of 5 stars.
As a new customer to Shopify and limited knowledge on setting up a website after coming across the Simprosys app to set up ad campaigns it was a bit overwhelming.
