I have integrated various apps and channels with my shopify store. All of those had some level of complication during the setup. During setup of those apps an dchannels I was not sure if I would be successful. But somehow with Google channel integration it was smooth from start, creating my merchant account and then integrating with my PayPal as well shopify store with some clicks and it took not more than 3 minutes to do all that. The difference between google and FB is very interesting. FB seaches people for products whereas google help people search products :)

This app has been unfairly voted down by people that I feel perhaps don't properly understand Google Shopping. The app exports your Shopify product feed and connects it directly to Google's merchant center so you can start publishing shopping ads. Having previously used Magento where we managed this process manually by exporting and uploading spreadsheets to Google merchant centre on a regular basis I can assure you this app provides a simple yet invaluable bridge between Shopify and Google Shopping and ensures our feed is always kept up to date. A little knowledge of Google Ads and Shopping Ads is probably useful, and I think this is the reason for many of the negative reviews. I haven't tried any of the paid for apps which I would assume provide additional extras for the subscription fee, but in a nutshell if you simply want to connect your Shopify product feed to merchant center then this is exactly what this app does with little fuss.

User-friendly set-up process. Have not started using it yet. Will get back with more reviews subsequently. Thankful to Shopify!

I was contacted that there was a temporary problem that got fixed. I tried it now and it seems to be working just fine. I appreciate they got back to me within 24 hours.
--- Old review: Not working. Goes to a grey page that simple says my site Refused to Connect. That doesn't tell me anything.

The same happened to me. A total disaster of configuration inside Shopify. This is one review left before me. "I have entered and double-checked the contact information in my store a thousand times. Customers can access the page - Contact Form, a link to my contact information and pages on social networks. There is an e-mail at the bottom of the page. Shopify support has confirmed that I have done everything correctly. And after all this, the app answers me that Google verification is not passed." So Shopify says I'm good but when you enter your account at Shopify, it is still not connected.

Click on the blue text: "Confirm that you've added contact information to your online store" and a popup should present itself then click okay. That should then resolve that open checklist item for you and unblock your onboarding.

This app doesn't let you push the required Variants info to the merchant center.

- The app appends the Product name + Variants options in the title attribute for content API by default
- The "color" field is disabled in the Bulk edit page for variants.
- "Custom labels" are disabled in the Buld edit page for variants.
- ***missing Feed attributes*** on the Content API prevent you from fixing the issues aftermath using Feed Rules.

I would love to see google to atleast offer all the required listing fields to shopify users.

Some confusion on setting up the Google account. Was not 100% sure about contact, phone, email, site policies, etc. information settings. Connection from Google and Shopify was flawless and was generally was easy to use.

You do not get ANY options whatsoever to try and do anything with your ads
